Use at least 30 minutes prior to training to support muscle endurance and immediately after for recovery.

Directions : Mix 1 scoop 30g of “100% Raw Whey Protein ” in 200-250ml. (8-10 oz.) of Toned Milk or Water and Juice shake well before consuming and gulp on it post workout.
